Step 2- Foundations Program
Everyone at Groundworx starts their journey by building a strong foundation of awareness and ability in our foundation program. Work with a coach 1:1 for the first few weeks leads to amazing results as you transition into a group setting.
Step 3- Group Training
Group training is the best of everything. Individualized coaching, fun & rewarding workouts and a great community of people who cheer each other on.
