Groundworx Sport Conditioning
Groundworx has over a decade of experience helping hundreds of athletes from professional to recreational. Our unique program includes mobility, speed, coordination, strength and conditioning in a fun and safe environment.
We offer customized programming one-on-one, small group and team training.
We offer 60 or 90 min sessions where the coach will run through a structured and safe step by step program.
Each session will include:
- a proper warm up including drills and exercises that can be used before practice and games
- a series of sport specific agility and speed drills
- instruction and implementation to age appropriate strength training based on the goals and needs of the team
- a progressive and challenging conditioning routine will be at the heart of every training session
- each session will end with exercises to aid in recovery and improve flexibility
