5 days of programming per week!

2  "in-person" virtual sessions using at home equipment:
-Focus on Core, General Strength, and Mobility

3 independent workouts completed outdoors where safe:
  • Sprinting & Agility
  • Throwing & Jumping
  • Endurance
​Facilitated through the TrueCoach App where athletes can see their workouts, demo videos and record results. The coach can individualize the programming to each athlete based on equipment and personal needs.

Groundworx Sport Conditioning

Groundworx has over a decade of experience helping hundreds of athletes from professional to recreational. Our unique program includes mobility, speed, coordination, strength and conditioning in a fun and safe environment.

We offer customized programming one-on-one, small group and team training. 

We offer
 60 or 90 min sessions where  the coach will run through a structured and safe step by step program.
Each session will include:

- a proper warm up including drills and exercises that can be used before practice and games
- a series of sport specific agility and speed drills
- instruction and implementation to age appropriate strength training based on the goals and needs of the team
- a progressive and challenging conditioning routine will be at the heart of every training session
- each session will end with exercises to aid in recovery and improve flexibility​
